Burlington - Michelle Nicole Labicki, 20, of rural Burlington was selected as Miss Burlington Area 2006-'07 last weekend during ChocolateFest.
Labicki, a three-time pageant entrant who was first runner-up in 2004 and 2005, was crowned by Miss Burlington 2005-'06, Caitlin Shea Morrall, 23, of Burlington, a student at Alverno College.
Labicki is the daughter of Laura and Robert Labicki.
Named Saturday as first runner-up was Stephanie Zito, 18, of Burlington. Elizabeth Kojis, 18, of Burlington, was voted Miss Congeniality. Also competing in the contest were Paige Alana Kuhn, 17, and Katelyn Wieners, 18, both of Burlington.
Labicki, a ballet dancer who attends Milwaukee Area Technical College, will compete in the Miss Wisconsin pageant next year, and Morrall will compete in the 2006 Miss Wisconsin pageant on June 24 in Oshkosh.
In 2003, competing as Miss Milwaukee, Morrall was named first runner-up in the state pageant.
